China’s Cosco Zhoushan shipyard has delivered the ‘Sunrise 1’ Platform Supply Vessel to its owners.

The vessel, owned by East Sunrise Group, is based on the Rolls-Royce UT 771 CDL design.  This is the first of four vessels of the same type COSCO will build for the Hong Kong based owner.

The Sunrise 1 is a medium sized platform supply vessel with a cargo deck area of 875 sq.m.

The vessel will carry out supply duties between land bases and offshore installations.  Classed by ABS, the vessel measures 83.75 meters LOA, 18 meters in breadth and 7 meters in depth.
