Headquartered in Hong Kong, China Sunrise (Group) Co., Ltd. ("Sunrise Group") was established in 2007. The company was engaged in cargo and container shipping, offshore project contracting as well as ship leasing, trading and operation. In recent years, Sunrise Group has moved into offshore engineering territory and invested building of various offshore vessels, including 78m AHTS, PSV, 64.8m Crew Boat, etc.

As a specialized subsidiary of Sunrise Group, Sunrise Offshore (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (“Sunrise Offshore") is in charge of managing and operating of offshore engineering business for the group.

Sunrise Offshore focuses on developing self-elevating unit (liftboat) and crew boat. Main services cover design, construction, leasing, trading, management and offshore projects.

Based in Singapore, the branch office Sunrise Offshore Pte Ltd will provide customized design and marketing support to offer quick response to international clients' requirements.
